Easter is the time when we get to skip school and celebrate. Celebrating is a big part of Easter, eating lots and lots of food. The egg hunt and chocolate everywhere is the most fun part of Easter too (although I sometimes pick up dog poop thinking that it is brown chocolate). Kozunak, Bulgarian Easter bread, is also mouthwatering. Egg dying is really fun, but the paint is really hard to remove so I try to remove it when I don’t have anything else to do. At first when we were dying eggs, I thought they were chocolate, so I was a bit disappointed to learn that they were real eggs that came from chickens.
